Cut The Vitamins, Exercise First for low Carb Diet
September 13, 2011 by Gina Rodriguez | Filed under Home.It gets ridiculous to see the trend of people going out of their way to cram excess vitamins and minerals down their throat that the doctors recommend, or that they see advertised on the media. Excess vitamins in the pill bottles are meant for more elderly people whose bodies do not make or take the vitamins to as good a use as they once did. To cram oneself with vitamins especially when most of the nutrients from those vitamins get secreted out through the urine stream when you use the restroom, is especially ignorant. Your body is not meant to store excess quantities of vitamins. Storing that excess quantity of vitamins for low carb diet purposes is just as much a wasted effort because you are not getting the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals that allow your system to function on supplements alone. Eating moderate quantities of food and exercising regularly should be enough to have your body persevere. Start bike riding. Start walking to places. Start jogging. This will increase your stamina and help your body work properly. It is also important to remember to eat as well. Just exercise it off regularly.
